Goat Cheese Patties
4oz package of Natural & Kosher Goat Cheese
1/3 cup Passover coating crumbs
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/3 tsp garlic
1/3 tsp ground white pepper
1/3 tsp salt and paprika
4 tbsp matzo cake meal
Oil for frying
Slice the goat cheese into 1/2inch thick slices.
In a bowl mix the coating crumbs, parsley, garlic, white pepper, paprika and salt.
Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
Put the matzo cake meal in a separate plate. Dip each piece of goat cheese into the cake meal, then cover it with egg, and dip it into the coating crumbs mixture. Set aside on parchment paper.
Heat up your oil in a pan. Sauté the goat cheese patties on each side for 1 minute.
Place the goat cheese patties over salad. Serve and enjoy!
