Grilled Avocado Sandwich

6 slices whole wheat bread
1 ripe avocado
1 tsp lemon juice
1/8-1/4 tsp kosher salt
pinch coarse black pepper
1 plum tomato
2-3 slices Natural and Kosher Muenster cheese
1/2 tbsp butter

Garlic Dressing:
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 garlic clove, crushed
3/4 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp mustard
1/8 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1 tbsp water

In a small bowl, using a fork, finely mash avocado. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Prepare the dressing: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, mustard, soy sauce, salt, and water.

Smear avocado mixture over 3 slices of bread. Layer tomato over avocado. Drizzle with dressing; top with Muenster cheese and remaining bread slices.

Grease a panini or waffle maker with butter. Add sandwiches and cook until bread is golden and cheese is melted, about 3 minutes.
