For the crust:
2 1/2 cups raw cauliflower
1 1/4 cup Natural & Kosher shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup shredded Natural & Kosher Parmesan cheese
Pinch of salt and pepper
For the pizza:
2/3 cup tomato sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 bag of Natural & Kosher Italian Blend Provolone and Mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp shredded Natural & Kosher Parmesan cheese
Boil the cauliflower for about 8 minutes, until it is soft. Drain it, and let it cool off.
Blend the cauliflower together in a blender. Take 1 1/2 cups of the blended cauliflower and pour into a bowl.
Mix the cauliflower with mozzarella cheese, parmesan, egg salt and pepper.
Put parchment paper or foil on your round baking tray. Spread the cauliflower mixture over the parchment.
Bake it on 375 for 15-20 minutes until golden.
Take it out of the oven, and spread the tomato sauce, drizzle olive oil, and pour the cheese and on top. Sprinkle with parmesan and oregano. (add any toppings you want)
Put it back in the oven and bake for another 20-25 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted. Serve and enjoy!
